What is the typical production time for custom photo prints and wall art?
Most orders are processed and printed within 2-3 business days. Specialty items like canvas wraps or custom photo books may take up to 5 business days before they are ready for shipment.
Do you offer professional color correction for my photos?
Yes, we offer an optional color correction service where our lab technicians manually adjust your images for density and color balance to ensure the highest print quality.
What shipping methods are available for fragile home decor items?
We use specialized protective packaging for all wall art. We offer standard ground shipping, as well as expedited 2-day and overnight options via FedEx and UPS.
What is your return policy for personalized products?
Since our products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns for user errors. However, if your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will provide a replacement at no cost.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Because our automated lab workflow begins shortly after an order is submitted, we are unable to make changes or cancellations once an order has entered production.
What file formats do you accept for uploads?
We currently accept high-resolution JPEG and TIFF files. For the best results in large-scale home decor, we recommend a resolution of at least 300 DPI.
